なにかしら狂ってきているように感じます。

一連のスキャンダルでは内部告発が社会を動かす原動力となっており、内部告発の重要性を唱える人も多い。
最近の鳥インフルエンザの事件も、内部告発から明るみになったという報道もある。
経営者夫妻が昨日自殺したが、なんともむなしい感覚で一杯です。
告発者がどういう気持ちでいるかはわかりませんが・・・喜んではいないでしょう。
そんなふうになる前に、問題解決に正面から向き合う経営理念が必要だと痛感した次第です。

公益通報者保護法案（内部告発者保護法案）が今日、閣議決定された。
経営者が行う不利益処分に対する罰則はなく、裁判で損害賠償などを求めてもらうしかないので、制度としては不完全かもしれない。
だが、内部告発を奨励する動きが益々強くなったことは間違いない。
殺伐とした人間関係、組織体から織り成される社会にできあがるだろうが、それが正義なんだろう。

この仕組みによって仲間同士で疑心あんきに陥ったのでは意味がない。
